  • “Services”Refers to the mock interview simulations, content generation, language interaction, automated feedback, and related technical services.
  • “Generated Content”Refers to any text, audio, feedback, or suggestions automatically produced by the system through computational processes.

2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

All content provided by ManyOffer is generated automatically for informational and practice purposes only. The Services do not constitute legal, professional, or expert advice.

AI Limitations

User acknowledges that Generated Content is produced by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fictitious information ("hallucinations"). ManyOffer does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any Generated Content.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and relying on such content. Users must verify all Generated Content (e.g., revised resumes) before using it for actual job applications.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
  • ManyOffer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use or security risks.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or prohibited purposes;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the platform;
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or infringing;
  • Circumvent usage limits or access the Services through automated means;
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent identity.

5. Fees & Refunds

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel anytime in account settings.

Refund Policy

Digital services are considered delivered upon use and are generally non-refundable. Contact support for exceptions in case of major technical failures.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Rights: ManyOffer owns all rights to the platform, algorithms, and software.

User Content: Users retain ownership of their original uploaded content.

Generated Content Ownership

ManyOffer assigns ownership of specific Generated Content (e.g., optimized resumes) to the User for personal or commercial use.

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
